Meet the Team
Liz ‘s calm easy way with people, hands on approach and ability to simplify the real estate process make for a smooth real estate experience for her clients. She listens intently, anticipates needs and has an impeccable eye for detail. Each client receives her unrivaled customer service and commitment to excellence. She goes the extra mile to ensure her clients are armed with the information they need to make informed decisions about buying and selling.
Liz transitioned from a career in Sales and Operations Management in consumer products into Real Estate. Her strong background skills of organization, logistics and sales have been essential.
Real estate is the perfect marriage that has allowed Liz to pair her love of architecture and design and serving others with her management talents, efficiency and attention to detail.
When Liz isn’t spending time with a client, you can find her on the tennis court, volunteering on a community project, or cooking a delicious meal in her gourmet kitchen in Horseshoe Bend. In Liz’s high school yearbook they commented “is there anything our Lizzie can’t do?” – We are still asking that!
Kim is a service-oriented agent that takes a pleasantly persistent approach to getting the job done. Her direct & honest approach helps clients make informed decisions. Clients benefit from her professional background in communications and marketing - skills that are invaluable in real estate.
Throughout the selling and buying process, she utilizes her excellent communication skills to keep clients in the know. For years, Kim has served on numerous schools councils and she puts this extensive knowledge of the area schools to work for her clients. Her goal is to make the home buying and selling process seamless and enjoyable for everyone.
When Kim is not assisting clients, you can find her spending time with her family, serving the community, bird watching and baking. She has spent most of her adult life in Atlanta but still calls the Boston area home. Family is the most important thing to her, whether it is taking care of hers or yours.
Stephanie Corley, Staging Specialist
Stephanie serves the K&L HOME TEAM by creating inviting homes that buyers will fall in love with. As a home staging consultant Stephanie helps accentuate the positives and design an optimal plan for your home. She also manages the extensive K&L HOME TEAM inventory of home furnishings and décor.
